I am so happy to be your child's teacher this year.  It is my 13th year of teaching.  Before I earned my elementary teaching degree, I operated a home daycare while our three children were young.  I then worked as a preschool aide for four years with Mrs. Bonnie Chase here at River Ridge.  During this time, I decided to go back to school to earn my bachelor's degree from University of Platteville in 2006.

My husband and I live in rural Elizabeth where we farm and he is also Hanover Township Road Commissioner.  Together we have three grown children; Jeff recently got married to Katelyn.  They live in Hazel Green, WI.  Matt lives in Galena.  Jeff and Matt work at Guy's Towing and Service in Galena.  Our daughter, Mollie, also got married and is completing her RN at Highland Community College.  She and her husband, Chris farm in Massbach and are expecting a little girl in September.

In my spare time I like to sit on my front porch, read and watch the Green Bay Packers.  When we go on vacation, I love to be near the water and beach.
